Join us in Singapore for an intensive 2 days devoted to food styling and photography. Denise Vivaldo, author of The Food Stylist’s Handbook, and photographer Heather Gill team up to lead this information-packed 2-day class.

On Thursday, Denise talks about professional styling techniques for: cooking for the camera; plating food to show it at its best; garnishing effectively; and holding and refreshing food. Denise will demonstrate making a constructing a beautiful bowl of soup, and styling an upscale dinner with beef as the entrée.
On Friday, Heather talks about digital photography and how to improve your food photos through: camera angle and selective focus; shooting with available light; using fill cards and reflectors; and the use of props.
With the help of Denise and Heather, each participant will shoot food for their portfolios that they make and style.
