~ Annelise Bauer

The Food Styling Workshop was a great experience. I met an amazing group of talented women and really learned what it takes to start a career in food styling. Learning from Denise and Cindie was fun and relaxing and made my trip across country well worth it!
~ Deborah Danik-Angeloni

What a terrific workshop! My head is spinning from all of the information and ideas…I can’t thank both you and Cindie enough. You put in so much time, effort, care and emotion into all of us. You share so much of yourself and your rich experience.
~ Sally Cameron

Just wanted to let you know my photo shoot with Sizzler today went really well and I was able to put some of the new skills you taught me to work! It was so exciting! I could hear you both in my mind guiding me along…Thanks again, your workshop made such a difference for me!
~ Debbie Yee

…I absorbed so much in tow days from all that you shared and was mesmerized by your talents (including your wonderful sense of humor!). Thank you for giving me confidence going to my first shoot tow days after the class and for confirming that this is the ideal career for me!
~ Jennifer Ackerman

Thank you soooo much for a wonderful, fun class. I can’t believe our 3 days went by so fast…I’ll be back for the Master Class in January 2008!
~ Sabrina Huang

I have learned so much from you guys! Thank you for sharing the tricks and techniques. I truly admire you. You’re an inspiration! I know I still have so much to learn. I know I’ll start right because of you guys.
~ Johna Co

Wow! It has already been two weeks since I returned from the fantastic workshop you two hosted in Hollywood. I must say I was not sure what to expect going into it and came away feeling so gratified for taking part in the workshop. It was very inspirational to me and really hit home considering the transitional time I am in my career. Food Styling is an art I will continue to study, but the entrepreneur focus was what I was blown away with. Both of you have capitalized on opportunities that you have created by parlaying your skills and experiences into becoming successful entrepreneurs. Thank you so much for sharing your insight, wisdom, and expertise. I look forward to future correspondence. I will keep you both posted as to what happens next. Congratulations on creating a truly unique and cutting edge program to educate and inspire those who look to capitalize on their abilities and experience while continuing to grow into new frontiers of opportunity.

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed this weekend attend the Master Food Styling workshop. Your expertise and professionalism partnered with a hilarious sense of humor made for an invaluable experience. Thank you so much to both your and Cindie...your warmth, graciousness and words of encouragement meant so much to me.
~ Sincerely, Lynda Foster

I can’t tell you how happy I feel about having joined your class. I used to have such a boring time joining my brother and my dad in their food styling assignments because I always felt that I didn’t have the proper training to make stuff on my own. I would usually be found in the kitchen hoping the day would end since I felt so idle and useless. Your energy and stories were so contagious that the way I feel about food styling totally turned around. Now I’m actually excited to get home and try out the stuff I learned. I had so much fun! Thank you so much for inspiring me.
~ Giannina Gonzalez

I can’t thank you enough for your words of encouragement! It was just what I needed for inspiration for my photo shoots for my cookbook. I just completed the first round myself and wouldn’t have gotten so far so well without the guidance from you and your class! I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed my weekend with both of you. Your knowledge and experiences made the class fantastic!
~ Very best, Anne Pape

You are the mentor I have always dreamed of having...I am most taken with your generosity, kindness and joie de vivre! The workshop was amazing and I was just as surprised as you with my progress. The pros in attendance brought it out in me and the way you ran the class really invigorated me and allowed me to step it up. Up until then I had no idea how to fix and fiddle with a floppy pie or make a chicken looked cooked in 10 minutes or less! Now I need to invest in my kit and turn my ability into caboodle.
~ More bliss, Fiona Soukup

What a wonderful workshop! I can't thank you enough for such a valuable experience. I gained so much knowledge in just three days through not only our hands-on experience but through your stories and examples. It was such an enjoyable weekend. I really appreciate that you take time out of your schedule to teach these classes. Thanks again!
~ Susan Kucera

I just wanted to thank you again for an inspiring weekend…I've been reviewing all my notes and wanted you to know how much I appreciated your thorough delivery of information, especially for someone like myself who is considering changing careers. I know from my current work that besides being talented in what you do, you can't get to where you want to be without constantly marketing yourself, being a wise business person and engaging in positive teamwork. Your message drove it home, something they fail to teach in the best business schools…I want to thank you both for sharing your vast knowledge, tips and love for what you do. You are so extremely talented and passionate about food styling, and it really came across in your workshop.
~ Lucy Darshe

I just wanted to drop you three ladies a note and tell you that I loved the Culinary Entrepreneurship classes. I learned more in those few days than I did in three months of cooking school. You have all given us fine examples of leadership and proven that with hard work and good timing we can make it too. Thank you for offering these classes.
~ Marina McLeod

I just wanted to thank you again for having such a great seminar, speaker and group of participants! It was so nice to be in a roomful of people who are as passionate about food as I am. Linda was such a great speaker. I could have listened to her speak all day about anything! She was so engaging, warm, and down to earth. ~ Les Sloane

Thank you Denise for being such a positive mentor. It was a wonderful experience learning new techniques.
~ Katie Klarin

Thank you so much for the informative class. Not only have you taught us so much but you have been a complete joy to learn from. It is no wonder why you have been so successful. Thanks again, Denise!
~ Tara and Tina McToldridge

This past weekend was simply fantastic. I really feel like I learned more than I ever imagined possible. The workshop could not have been better, more fun or more informative! I owe Denise a million for her generosity and openness. How can I ever thank you? Can I be your Bay Area "intern?" I'll show up with extra Q-tips and rubbing alcohol or make faux lard ice cream for you anytime.
~ Leslie Goldstein
