Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for such an awesome class on Saturday and Sunday.  I can't remember when I had so much fun!  It was so generous of you three to share your wealth of knowledge with us and it was a terrific opportunity to meet the others in the class as well.  Loved the networking. Everyone took such wonderful photos too, can you believe it?  I just love the way my bowls of salad turned out.
Cooking and entertaining has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I have a feeling that food photography is going to be a new passion as well (thank you Matt!), so publishing a food blog will be a labor of love. I can't wait to get started on it and your class was just the inspiration I needed.

Wow! It has already been two weeks since I returned from the fantastic workshop you two hosted in Hollywood. I must say I was not sure what to expect going into it and came away feeling so gratified for taking part in the workshop. It was very inspirational to me and really hit home considering the transitional time I am in my career. I can’t tell you how happy I feel about having joined your class. I used to have such a boring time joining my brother and my dad in their food styling assignments because I always felt that I didn’t have the proper training to make stuff on my own. I would usually be found in the kitchen hoping the day would end since I felt so idle and useless. You are the mentor I have always dreamed of having...I am most taken with your generosity, kindness and joie de vivre! The workshop was amazing and I was just as surprised as you with my progress.
